Looking to return to work after a career break...

After a short career break spent doing a self-build home and looking after 4 boys I was looking to return to work. As a qualified Chartered Accountant the obvious route was back into Finance. However when I started to look at what that would mean for me and the family I began to have doubts.

A 2 hour daily commute to work and the commitment of having to get to an office based job was going to prove too stressful. With four children my days are often unpredictable. If I was going to return to my career it would have to be on my terms and be flexible enough to cope with the demands of family commitments whilst not compromising my husband’s investment business. Then I came across X5 Partners and immediately liked what I saw. I could see straight away how running my own Forever business from home would give me the flexibility and challenge that I needed.

Having run my own retail business in the past I could also see the benefit of the FLP business model which makes running your own business accessible to and affordable for everyone.
