What are the key features of the products or services that your business offers:
beautiful and distinctive toys and products for babies and children up to the age of 8 .  We also have lots of useful products for a new mum

Why should customers and clients use your services?
We provide first class customer service and, in most cases, recorded next day delivery.

When & how did you start up in business?
Started in August 2008 opening an online store

How did you decide what business to go into, and what was your motivation?
I have been a parent for 17 years and am also a childminder.  I pride myself in the knowledge I have of childrens products.

What were the most challenging aspects to setting up?
What were the most challenging aspects to setting up?  Time and a pessimistic other half!!

What has been your biggest business achievement?
Getting that very first sale and now having shop space at a local soft play centre

Have, or do you do anything out of the ordinary to benefit your business?
Don't think so!!

What stage is your business at now & what are your plans for the future?
Online store has been open 2 months and am in the process of starting a shop space at a local soft play centre.  I am also looking at supplying pre-filled party bags.  Long term aims are to open a bricks and mortar shop.

How do you manage to juggle your business with family life? Has it been challenging?
Very challenging!!  My other half constantly moans that I spend too much time on my laptop!!

How has online networking, specifically with other mums, benefited your business?
My name is being spread about with the social networking that I do on facebook etc.

What resources do you NOT have now that might make your life easier?
Fax machine, somebody who can add the products on the site for me!!

What advice would you give another mum considering starting her own business?
Go for it, life is too short to consider the what ifs!!
